Leaders have been said to be born as oppose to being taught to lead. Historical storyteller researchers have looked over the lives of figures such as Napoleon, Mandela, Caesar, and even Christ to determine the forming of their leadership. Some describe the leaders role as a calling specific to the person leading. With all this said one thing that is constant in the emergence of leaders is groups where there is a clear uncertainty and need for direction. So, we can induct reasoning of leaders emergence being of necessity for a direction pertaining to a problem or cause.

Decision Making Model

Decisions are rarely spontaneous as each new moment arrival. Argument suggest that human behavior is set as default and majority if not all decisions are made within four classes. The four classes are social, environmental, self, and situation.   Behavior describes one ’ s decision making ability observed in a series of actions. L1: Social Cognitive behavior defines decisions based on the individual perception of class, sediment, and privileged approval rating in specific cultures.
