Scouting
Finding youth that meet the criteria of what the program is looking for.

Criteria
Youth must have a C or below average in language Arts, English Literature, Writing, or Math.

Requirements
Student must submit parental consent form that will agree to the terms of tutoring

Terms of Tutoring
Students must be able to attend a minimum of 2 hours of tutoring a week and 1 and 1/2 hours of career training

Tutoring
Tutoring consist of a mix, group training and one-on-on sessions in the subject or subjects

Career training
Career training is in a group setting and held by the Group leaders at Bethel Gods House whereas lead teens that have met criteria for success can serve as group leaders.

Criteria for success
Criteria for success 3.0 average in High School or College and volunteer at least 2 hours a week

Pledge of Mentorship
Students with disciplinary history are required to pledge a level of behavior that respects the time and sponsorship of mentors who spend a minimum of one hour a week to help youth in this category.



Our Mission

       With humans communication requires, mental processing, activity, and discussions. One might
argue that teen’s behavior mirror's their upbringing. Furthermore, the public portrayal of a family
resembles its community and the present environmental opportunities. Mature adults are able to make the transition between two worlds easier discerning reality from fiction. While teens struggle to adjust between fantasy role play and realistic terms and conditions, implications are critical.
       Studies have shown majority of teenage mortality is due to accidents from poor decision making. Astra Zenca (2011 “Nearly 75% of all deaths in the second decade result from unintentional injuries, including vehicular injuries, uninten¬tional poisoning, unintentional drowning, and unintentional discharge of a firearm (see Figure 3).  Between the ages of 10 and 18, deaths due to unintentional injuries increase dramatically from 47% to 81%” Major causes of mortality in second decade. That is why we are here to provided clarity that will help reduce terminal and critical results from uneducated choices for teenagers.

Decision Making Model

Decisions are rarely spontaneous as each new moment arrival. Argument suggest that human behavior is set as default and majority if not all decisions are made within four classes. The four classes are social, environmental, self, and situation.   Behavior describes one ’ s decision making ability observed in a series of actions. L1: Social Cognitive behavior defines decisions based on the individual perception of class, sediment, and privileged approval rating in specific cultures. Cognitive behavior role play is based on perception of surrounded group or culture. Subject without parent esteem becomes stagnant or non-evasive, predictive.
